We take great care to ensure that the condition of items is represented well online. To ensure that you are satisfied with your selection prior to purchasing, we recommend you examine each piece, verify measurements, and take pictures prior to placing your order.
StillGoode will in no way be held responsible or liable for any damage that may occur in transport or while items are being loaded or unloaded.

All of our items are under contract with our consignors and have a set reduction schedule. We will not lower the price beyond what we have it listed at.
Due to space constraints, we do not offer layaway but we do have Sezzle as a payment option at check out on our website. This breaks down your purchase into 4 easy payments and you get to take your purchase right away.
At StillGoode Home Consignments, all sales are final. We offer in-store pickup and local furniture delivery only; we do not provide shipping services.
If you require shipping, we are happy to cooperate with any third-party shipping company you choose to hire. For convenience, we have compiled a list of companies that some of our out-of-state customers have used before, which you can find at www.stillgoode.com/pages/shipping-options. Please note that StillGoode does not endorse or assume any responsibility for these companies, their services, or any associated costs.
Any agreements or claims related to shipping, including damage, delays, or losses, must be resolved directly with the third-party shipping company. StillGoode is not responsible for issues or additional shipping that may arise after an item leaves our store.
When you pick up your items, please bring appropriate tie-down and cushioning materials, as we do not have these available.

Due to space constraints, we ask that customers pick up their purchases within 2 days. After this, you will be charged a storage fee of $10 per piece per day, per item (example a dining set with 6 chairs is 7 pieces, a 3 piece sectional is 3 pieces). After 7 days items will be returned to inventory with no refunds or credits given. All sales are final.
